About 8 weeks before your wedding I’ll send your wedding day timeline questionnaire. Around the same time we can hop on a planning call so I can answer any questions you have around your timeline. Don’t hesitate to reach out earlier if you have questions before that. The questionnaire has a little bit of everything including a breakdown for family photos which is key when I comes to getting through group photos quickly!
Wedding Questionnaire + Planning Call
Before your engagement session I’ll send a questionnaire for the two of you to fill out. It helps me get to know you a little better and helps inspire me for your engagement session! Your engagement session can be at a location of your choosing! I love when couples pick a location that is meaningful to them. It’s also super fun when there is some sort of activity involved. Your engagement session gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Let’s lock it in! I’ll send over a contract and invoice. I require 50% upfront as a non-refundable retainer to book your wedding. Payment plans are an option, so don’t hesitate to ask about it, if that works best for you. All payments must be made one month prior to your wedding day.

I love hopping on a call to go over the details and get to know each other! This is the perfect time to ask any questions you might have too. I love getting to know you before you book with me. Facetime is the perfect way to make sure we are a good fit before you book me as your photographer (this greatly affects how your photos turn out)!

frequently asked questions
I sure do! I am located in Watertown, NY but I am more than happy to travel anywhere! I absolutely love traveling and checking out new places! I am always up for the adventure. Just tell me where and when and I'll be there! There is a travel fee for anything outside of 60 miles, If I am already going to be in that location the travel fee will be waived.
Weddings require 50% down for the non-refundable retainer then the remaining balance is due one month before the wedding. The retainer goes toward your total balance and saves your date! Payment plans are available as well.
Rule of thumb is approx. 50 images per hour!
This is up to you, but I recommend one for a few reasons! My style of photography works best when we've gotten to know each other. An engagement sesh is the perfect time for us to hang out & get to know each other in person before your day! It's also a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera. I want to feel like a guest at your wedding because we are friends, not just a vendor.
If you don’t want one then you don’t have to do one, but I really love using this time to get to know my couples better so everyone goes into your wedding day feeling a little less nervous!
Wedding sneak peeks will be delivered within 72 hours and the final gallery will be delivered within 3 months.
Your photos are delivered in an online gallery, Pic-Time! You will get an email when the gallery is available then you will be able to log on and you’ll have full access from there. You’ll be able to print them right on that platform and they are sharable with your family and friends from there too!
